HR Consultant (and good friend of Whole Life), Mike Roman made good on a promise to share his "world famous" hot pepper recipe and canning process with a small group in our kitchen. Several weeks ago, Mike left a couple of jars of his tasty, home-made peppers at the WLS office. Needless to say, they didn't last long and were all the rage with all those who sampled them.
Due to the peppers' success, Mike offered to stop by and teach everyone how they're made with a hands-on tutorial. A handful of consumers (and staff) volunteered to help cut peppers, mix the ingredients, and (of course) sample some along the way.
